How can I find out if it is safe to travel to a Country?
The majority of Airlines and Tour Operators in the UK will usually follow advice given by the ‘FCO’ (Foreign & Commonwealth Office) regarding to travelling to and from a country and will warn you of anything that is reported.

What does ATBA mean for me?
HolidayOrange holds ATBA membership number: P7379.
ABTA and ABTA members (such as HolidayOrange) help travellers to get the most from their travel and provide assistance when things do not go as planned. HolidayOrange is obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA’s Code of Conduct.

What does ATOL mean for me?
Many flights and flight inclusive holidays/bookings on this website/or our store are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holidays that we sell. If you booking is protected by ATOL, HolidayOrange will provide you with an ATOL Certificate. If your not sure you can contact the Customer Service Department who will be able to confirm this for you.
I have not received my booking confirmation - why is this?
Once your booking has been completed online or with a sales agent, you will receive a booking request confirmation. You will only receive your booking confirmation when all parts of your booking has been confirmed. In most cases, you will receive this confirmation by email within 48 hours. In some cases this may take up to 72hours. If you still have not received your confirmation within 72hours, please check your junk mail and contact the Support Team on 0330 043 2623.
I am pregnant, can I still fly?
Travel policies vary with each airline, so before you book it would be recommended that you contact the Customer Service Team on 0330 043 2623 before you place a booking as cancellation may not be possible. It is also recommended that you check your travel insurance policy for any restrictions which may apply whilst travelling pregnant. For insurance related questions, please refer to your policy booklet and contact your travel insurance company directly.
What deposit and payment scheme do you offer when booking?
Depending on the departure date, you may be able to pay a low deposit and spread the costs of the holiday over several months. HolidayOrange does not charge any fees or interest for this service. Deposit amounts depend on type of holiday booked. It is not possible to pay in installments if your trip is within 4 weeks of the date of booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using any of the following:
Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard Debit, Mastercard Credit, Visa Electron.
HolidayOrange does not charge any fees for using Credit or Debit cards. Cards are accepted subject to security and fraud checks.
Do I need a VISA?
VISA requirements differ between countries and it is important that you check what is required before making your booking. We recommend that you check what you need prior to booking/travel with the ‘FCO’ by checking the Foreign Travel Advice Section www.fco.gov.uk
How old do I need to be to making a booking?
We will only accept bookings that have a main booking traveller aged 18+
How old do I need to be to rent a car with HolidayOrange?
In Europe you need to be 21 or over (some exclusions do apply).
In the USA you need to be 25 or over (some exclusions do apply).

Can I book a holiday less than 2 days in advance?
Yes you can, however payment has to be paid in full and you will need to check that you have all the correct travel documents/VISA.
